Bangladesh Shipping Lines Ltd, a pioneer name in shipping trade in Bangladesh private sector – is a sister concern of HRC Group since 1991. It expanding wings continuously over the trade through its foreign principals under agency network activities, joint venture with principal’s and sole representation of principal`s etc.
Bangladesh Shipping Lines Ltd has also maintaining strong relationship with all principal’s head office’s & network office’s over the world including local service providers like Customs, Port Authority, Feeder operators, Railway, Depots, Surveyor, Logistics / Transportation companies etc. in Bangladesh with a vision to reach fast & reliable service to customer’s door – giving full satisfaction and to make a positive contribution to country’s economy.
According to official statistic’s, present local market share of BDSHIP are about 10% in export/import volume (achieved 1,29,833 teus out of total market vol 13,69,387 teus in 2014) to/from Bangladesh. Also Company’s average growth rate are about 23% in each year considering last five (5) years performance.

Offering RORO service (Car Carrier) and vessels call directly from Japan ports into Chittagong & Mongla on monthly basis. Capacities of the vessels are about 1250 unit cars to 2500 unit cars.
