Q. What is Login Name and Password? When and how should I use them?

Login Name is unique name for the Online System at the time of your CV submission. The password is provided by you at the time of filling the CV Form. Both the Login name and Password will be needed if you want to edit/update your CV Online. To update your CV just enter the Login name and password and click at "SUBMIT" Button.

Q. How can I be sure that my CV has been successfully submitted at HRC Bangladesh Online Application System?

If your CV has been submitted correctly, you will be given a confirmation message at Home page. You will also be e-mailed (if you have provided your e-mail address in the form) a confirmation letter

Q. I have already submitted my CV at the system. Now a new job offering has been announced by HRC Do I have to submit my CV again?
No. You don't have to submit your CV twice at the system. Every time you want to apply for any new job vacancy you have to log into the "Login" Box (with your Login name and Password) and select the new jobs you want to apply for. You will find the list of new jobs .

Q. Can I submit a CV for more than one job at the same time?

Yes

Q. If I do not get response after posting a CV after six month, do I have to submit a fresh one for future opportunities?

If you have your Login name. and Password, you can update your CV at any later time. If you don't remember your Login name /or password, then you have to submit your CV again for any new vacancy offered.

Q. How long it will take to get a response after submission of my CV for any advertised position?

Normally it takes one month time, but your CV will be valid for maximum one year for any other future opportunities.

Q. Do I need to contact/apply through e-mail after submitting my CV online?

No.

Q. I don't have an e-mail address right now. How can I be contacted if my qualifications match with your requirements?

You can use your friends/relatives e-mail account or have a yahoo or hotmail account. Ensure that your contact telephone number is there.
